Muddy Mountain Project

Rattlesnake Wash Lithium Property

  • Located in the Muddy Mountains, about 25 miles (40.5 km) east from Las Vegas, Nevada.
  • Property includes 13 lode claims (~260 acres), on BLM-managed lands.
  • Mining claims cover outcrops and trend of old (~13 MA) shallow-dipping lithium-bearing clay beds
  • Lithium “clay” consists of saline carbonates (old playa mud) mixed with clay-altered volcanic ash
  • No drill data or deep sampling to determine lithium values at depth
  • Good-quality dirt road directly to mining claims area.

Rattlesnake Lithium Zone

  • This lithium clay zone is about 50 feet (15 m) thick, and is gently folded across a shallow syncline
  • The lithium zone outcrops or projects into shallow subsurface over an area of at least 80 acres
  • This zone appears to be fairly consistent in thickness and grade over length of the property
  • 23 surface sample assays show 710 to 2,230 ppm lithium (average = 1,280 ppm Li)

White Basin Lithium Property

  • Located in the Muddy Mountains, about 33.5 miles (54 km) east from Las Vegas, Nevada.
  • Property includes 32 lode claims (~640 acres), on BLM-managed lands.
  • Mining claims cover outcrops and trend of several old (~13 MA) shallow-dipping lithium clay beds
  • Lithium “clay” consists of saline carbonates (old playa mud) mixed with clay-altered volcanic ash
  • No drill data or deep sampling to determine lithium values at depth.

Discovery Lithium Zone

  • This lithium clay zone is about 50 feet (15 m) thick, and dips gently west
  • Identified outcrops can be traced along strike for about 4,800 feet (1,450 m).
  • Lithium zone appears to be fairly consistent in thickness and grade over length of the property
  • 10 surface sample assays show 1,030 to 2,330 ppm lithium (average = 1,481 ppm Li)

Golf Ball Lithium Zone

  • This lithium clay zone is about 40 to 50 feet (12 -15 m) thick, and outcrops in 2 different areas
  • One series of outcrops can be traced along strike for about 4,600 feet (1,400 m)
  • A different series of outcrops can be traced along strike for about 4,300 feet (1,300 m)
  • This zone appears to be fairly consistent in thickness and grade over length of the property
  • 6 surface sample assays show 860 to 1,260 ppm lithium (average = 1,061 ppm Li)

Other Lithium Clay Zones and Samples

  • Several other lithium clay beds and zones clearly occur within the White Basin lithium property
  • These other zones range from 20 to 50 feet (6 - 15 m) thick, but have not traced or correlated
  • These other zones are similar to the Discovery and Golf Ball zones, but are different rock layers
  • 22 surface sample assays show 910 to 1,690 ppm lithium (average = 1,271 ppm Li)
  • Golf Ball Lithium Zone Outcropping in White Basin

Government Hills Lithium Property

  • Located in the Muddy Mountains, about 18 miles (29 km) east from Las Vegas, Nevada
  • Property includes 10 lode claims (~200 acres) on BLM-managed lands
  • Mining claims cover outcrops and trend of 2 parallel steeply dipping lithium clay zones
  • Lithium “clay” consists of saline carbonates (old playa mud) mixed with clay-altered volcanic ash
  • Bedrock dip of lithium zones is variable from vertical to 45 degrees South
  • No drill data or deep sampling to determine lithium values at depth
  • Dirt roads directly to mining claim area. Existing power line crosses claims

North Lithium Zone

  • This lithium zone appears to be about 120 feet (36 m) thick, and dips steeply south
  • This zone appears to be fairly consistent in thickness and grade over length of the property
  • Outcrops can be traced along strike for about 5,200 feet (1,600 m).
  • 15 surface sample assays show 750 to 1590 ppm lithium (average = 954 ppm Li)

South Lithium Zone

  • This lithium zone has uncertain thickness (probably 30 - 50 feet (9 - 15 m)
  • 4 surface sample assays show 540 to 1430 ppm Li (average = 875 ppm Li)

East Lithium Zone

  • This lithium zone has an unknown thickness, probably about 50 feet (15 m)
  • Discontinuous poor outcrops traced along strike for about 1,800 feet (550 m)
  • Uncertain thickness, probably correlates to lithium clay beds in North Lithium Zone
  • 5 surface sample assays show 580 to 1210 ppm lithium (average = 936 ppm Li)
